High end performance
The base KIA Rio has a lively 138 HP four cylinder engine, a quite an anomaly for this type of car. This engine gets better acceleration than what you would typically expect from a larger car. The interior uses high quality material coupled with great styling to produce an interior that is befit of more expensive cars. The dashboard is uncluttered and easy to see and read. The impressive infotainment package with navigation is amongst the best in class.

Looks are deceiving, this car will seat five. The standard upholstery is cloth but if you want a little luxury then leather seats and heated front seats are for you. Rare for a car of this size is an optional tilt-telescoping steering wheel. The interior is quite spacious, plenty of leg room and head room up front and sufficient space in the back albeit a bit snug for taller passengers.
As is true with all KIA cars, the price is best in class and it comes with a basic warranty of 5 years, 50,000 miles and a 10 year warranty on the power train.
